What is Creativity?

There are many websites and blogs discussing creativity. I thought it would be interesting to see the many different ways creativity is defined. 

Creativity is the ability to generate innovative ideas and manifest them from thought into reality.

I define creativity as the act of turning new and imaginative ideas into reality. Creativity involves two processes: thinking, then producing.

 Creativity is 1) the state or quality of being creative, 2) the ability to transcend traditional ideas, rules, patterns, relationships, or the like, and to create meaningful new ideas, forms, methods, interpretations, etc.; originality, progressiveness, or imagination, 3)the process by which one utilizes creative ability.
