Quote:
Somewhere on our journey to adulthood most of us lost our child artist.
So, this week see if you can get that artist back. Do something you don’t normally do. Sit on the floor when you sketch to get a different perspective. Paint with sticks instead of brushes. Use a color that seems to never get used. Go outside and skip around your yard. Do a somersault in preparation of working, but don’t hurt yourself! Call a friend and tell them a knock-knock joke. Eat a lollipop while you write. Pick a bouquet of wildflowers. Think of what you loved to do when you were a child. Now, go do it!
Prayer:
Dear Lord,
Thank you so much for children and their wonderful creative ways.
I desire to be able to find that childlike fascination again.
Help me to see the world through young eyes.
Please bless me with a new attitude.
I pray to find my child artist.
In Christ’s name. Amen

Great Site! I was wondering if I might be able to site some of your web page and use a handful of items for a term paper. Please email me whether that would be fine. Thanks
